DYI Springtime Smoothies For Skin & Wellness

Spring is almost here! Time to boost your skin's radiance with some nutrient-rich smoothies. Here are some of our favorite recipes.

Strawberry Radiance Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon rose water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems.
  2. Peel and slice the banana.
  3. In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and rose water.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if necessary.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and segment the orange.
  2. In a blender, combine the orange segments, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, coconut water, lime juice, and turmeric powder.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until creamy.
  5. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.

  • 1/2 cup coconut water or water
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the berries under cold water and drain.
  2. In a blender, combine the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, pomegranate seeds, coconut water, Greek yogurt, honey, and grated ginger.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Adjust the consistency with more coconut water if needed.
  5. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until smooth.
  6. Serve immediately.
