Are your products organic?

Our products are 100% natural, plant based and vegan. We use around 95% organic ingredients in every product from carefully vetted suppliers. 

How do I store my products?

Please store all your products in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight. 

How long does one bottle last?

Our products are potent and concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Our 15ml bottles contain between 17ml - 20ml, and can easily last a month with daily use.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We produce in small batches and all our products have a shelf life of 12 months, unless a longer period is written on the packaging. 

What preservatives are used?

We use 100% natural preservatives in our products, that are better for skin microbiome and the planet.

How do I determine which SHAI Skincare products are right for me?

How long will it take to see results with SHAI Skincare products?

While our products are formulated with 100% natural ingredients, it is best to  consult with your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Do SHAI Skincare products come with a money-back guarantee?

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
